Sharapova wants closure in glamour final

Maria Sharapova is determined to put the nightmare of last year’s Australian Open final firmly behind her when she faces Ana Ivanovic tomorrow.

The 20-year-old Russian was thrashed 6-1 6-2 by Serena Williams in 2007 but now has the chance to make amends when she faces the fourth-seeded Serbian in this year’s final.
