Andy Murray believes he is better equipped to handle the pressure of grand slam tennis after being seeded 15th for next week’s Australian Open.

The 19-year-old Scot, who tomorrow plays Andy Roddick for a place against Roger Federer in the Kooyong Classic final, has spoken of his improved mental and physical strength on court.
