First boat crosses finishing line in Round Ireland race
A boat from Wellington in New Zealand has become the first to cross the finishing line in the Round Ireland Yacht Race.
The Konica Minolta Zana crossed the line last night after spending four days and almost five hours at sea.
The rest of the competitors are still arriving in Wicklow and it could be Saturday before the overall winner is announced.
The race has been significantly slowed by the lack of coastal winds in the past few days.
