Irishman attacked marathon runner, say Greek police

The man who disrupted the Olympic marathon was Irishman Cornelius Horan, 47, who also disrupted the British Grand Prix at Silverstone in July last year, Greek police said tonight.

Last year saw former Catholic priest Horan (aged 47) run on to the main Hangar Straight at Silverstone as the F1 cars sped around the circuit, and he was subsequently handed a two-month prison sentence.
