Ireland's Mark Scanlon has lost the yellow jersey at the Tour of Denmark following yesterday's 185km third stage from Hammel to Kolding.

Ireland's Mark Scanlon has lost the yellow jersey at the Tour of Denmark following yesterday's 185km third stage from Hammel to Kolding.

Scanlon, who won the opening stage and finished fifth in the second, has now dropped to fourth overall, 16 seconds behind the new leader Michael Skelde.

Tour de France veteran Johan Museeuw won yesterday's stage.

Today's fourth stage will bring the riders from Middelfart to Faaborg.
