Jennifer Capriati believes her new outlook helped her today as she steamrollered her way into the fourth round of the French Open with a 6-1 6-2 triumph against Julia Vakulenko, a 19-year-old Ukrainian playing her first Grand Slam.

The match lasted just 57 minutes, after which Capriati admitted her relaxed demeanour at the tournament she won in 2001 is down to her new philosophy on life.
