Lindsay Davenport proved too smooth again for Jelena Dokic as she served up a straight sets win over the teenager at the Sanex Championships.
Davenport kept alive her hopes of passing Jennifer Capriati and ending the year No 1 with a 6-4 6-2 win which takes her into the tournament's semi-finals.
