Tennis: Davenport fires Wimbledon warning

Lindsay Davenport collected her second Women's Tour title of the year by outplaying Magui Serna in the final of the Britannic Asset Management Championship at Eastbourne.

Top seed Davenport captured her Spanish rival's opening serve, encouraged by Serna's double-fault right at the start, and broke through again in the seventh to take the first 6-2 set in just 22 minutes.
