Tennis: Henman wrong-footed by Lapentti

Tim Henman admitted he had been taken by surprise by a change in tactics from Nicolas Lapentti after he crashed out of the Tennis Masters Series event in Indian Wells.

The British number one had won their two previous meetings on the ATP Tour and Lapentti also lost to Henman when Ecuador beat Britain in the Davis Cup last year.
