With the Rio Olympics just around the corner, Irish athletes are fully aware of the pressure that comes with competing in the games - none more so than Oliver Dingley.

Meet Oliver Dingley: Ireland's first Olympic diver in 68 years

Oliver (Ollie) will be the first diver to represent Ireland at an Olympic Games event in 68 years.

Electric Ireland have released a video about Ollie, as part of their 'The Power Within' campaign, in which he talks about the tenacity and self-belief which inspired him to be relentless in the pursuit of his dreams.

A daunting task ahead of him Ollie admits that he struggled to remain confident for the competition but believes a positive mental attitude will lead to a great performance.

Ollie has spoken about struggling with the mental challenges of remaining confident during competition and believes in the power of the mind to switch on a positive performance.

The Power Within campaign was set up to showcase the stories of the Team Ireland athletes and their ability to overcome any obstacle to realise their athletic dreams.
