RAFAEL NADAL admitted feeling like “a more complete player” after sweeping to a third straight French Open title with a four-set victory over Roger Federer in yesterday’s final.

The Spaniard became the first man since Bjorn Borg in 1980 to win at Roland Garros three years running as he recorded a 6-3 4-6 6-3 6-4 triumph over the Swiss world number one.

The 21-year-old king of clay keeps his extraordinary unbeaten streak at Roland Garros going – he is yet to be defeated at the Parisian grand slam since making his debut here in 2005.
