Schumacher adamant he can make a comeback

MICHAEL SCHUMACHER left the Hungaroring cursing a missed opportunity after retiring from the Hungarian Grand Prix.

The Ferrari driver was on course for second place behind Jenson Button when a track rod problem forced him out three laps from the end.

To further darken Schumacher’s mood, his retirement robbed him of the chance to close within three points of championship leader Fernando Alonso, who had crashed earlier.
