Hakkinen victory in Germany

Mika Hakkinen claimed his first German Touring Car Championship (DTM) victory in round three of the series at Spa-Francorchamps yesterday.

Hakkinen began the race from pole position in his Mercedes and finished 4.2 seconds ahead of reigning DTM champion Mattias Ekstrom in an Audi.
