Sprinting wins

There were 200m wins for sprinters Ciara Sheehy and Paul Hession at the Peugeot International Flanders Cup meeting in Belgium on Thursday night.

Sheehy won the fastest of the women’s heats clocking 23.88s to finish a metre clear of Holland's Elodie Ouedraogo.

Hession capitalised on the absence of pre-event favourite Kevin Braunskill, to win the fastest men’s 200m finishing three metres up on Antonio Ferro in a time of 21.04s.
