Cork hoping that a hard winter can harden them for a new climb 

When Bryan O’Mara went back home to his parents and girlfriend on the evening that Cork hammered Tipperary in the 2024 Munster round robin, his emotions bubbled so much above and below the surface that he had to stiffen himself to dam the tears inside. Words of support were almost irrelevant. No amount of introspection and perspective could erect a barricade against the tempest being whipped up around the county.
