Dingle were depleted without Conor and Dylan Geaney, Tom and Conor O’Sullivan, Barry Dan O’Sullivan and Michael Flannery but they also had to start the game without their captain Paul Geaney who was only introduced after 18 minutes of the opening half.

Na Gaeil had to withstand a Dingle second half fightback inspired by Kerry star Paul Geaney before they advanced to the semi-finals of this year’s Kerry Senior Club Championship by a point, in the wind and rain at the Austin Stack Park on Saturday evening.
