LEAVING OFF THE HANDBRAKE 

After two rounds of the Cork Premier SHC, we haven’t really seen anything to get the pulse racing. Newcestown’s draw with Midleton would have raised plenty of eyebrows, but it was a game that was intriguing as opposed to being outstanding. Sarsfields’ dismissal of Erin’s Own hangs ominously over everything else that happened over the weekend, but Sars manager, Johnny Crowley, thinks that the pressure of getting out of the group is stifling teams.
