Counties reminded of match sideline regulations after breaches in football and hurling

Counties have been reminded only a manager and one selector are permitted in their designated areas of a sideline.
Teams had been instructed to respect the match regulations after a proliferation of team personnel on the sidelines has been reported in recent championship games.
