Cian Galvin replacing Diarmuid Ryan is the sole change to the Clare line-up for their second Munster SHC round-robin outing this Sunday.

Galvin was introduced for Ryan 16 minutes into the drawn game with Cork last weekend, the latter clearly not back at full fitness after a spring where he was marked absent for all six league games because of injury.

Neither Ryan nor regular full-back Conor Cleary, who was named to start against Cork but never featured, are listed in the matchday panel for the trip to Walsh Park.

Opponents Waterford have made four changes from the side that overcame Offaly to secure Division 1B league honours earlier this month.

Conor Prunty, at full-back, Kieran Bennett, at midfield, and Jack Prendergast and Kevin Mahony in attack are the players coming in. Making way are Gavin Fives, Conor Sheahan, Shane Bennett, and Sean Walsh.

Former hurler of the year Austin Gleeson, who missed the majority of the League, including the decider, is listed among the subs.
