Player at the centre of Kerry league game abandonment receives a four- match ban

The Castlegregory defender who was involved in an off-the-ball incident that resulted in former Kerry underage star Jack Kennelly suffering a broken jaw has received a four-game ban from the Kerry CCC.

It is understood that the player in question and Castlegregory have accepted the decision of the CCC and will not be lodging an appeal.
