Mention of the phrase “The Terminator” causes William O’Donoghue to flinch. It’s what the Irish Examiner hurling podcast’s men have dubbed the Limerick midfielder.

“Well, it’s cringe, like,” he smiles bashfully. “Not that they mean any badness by it, but I’m like ‘Ugh’. I don't take insult to it, but as a player, whether they're saying you're good, bad, you're better off not exposing yourself to that.
