Kickout rule has to change 

At the 139th AGM of the International Football Association Board in Belfast over the weekend, the IFAB unanimously decided to amend law 12.2, where if a goalkeeper now holds the ball for longer than eight seconds, the referee will award a corner kick to the opposing team.
