Gaelic Players Association (GPA) chief executive Tom Parsons has claimed four or five county panels breached last month’s pre-season start.

Parsons reported the numbers at Saturday’s Central Council meeting in Croke Park where a discussion on the 2024 off-season had been on the agenda.
