Darren Gleeson steps down as Laois manager due to cancer diagnosis

Darren Gleeson has stepped down as Laois hurling manager to concentrate on his treatment after he was recently diagnosed with cancer. 

Gleeson took the role as Laois boss in August having stepped down as Antrim manager earlier in the year.
