Football Review Committee member Colm Collins reflected on a 'dream finish' to the interprovincial series final from the committee's perspective with four and two-point scores playing a central role in the drama.

Ulster eventually won the final after a penalty shoot-out but the possibilities for how much drama can be created by the new scoring system were underlined earlier on in the closing moments of a terrific 60-minute game.
