Munster GAA chief executive Kieran Leddy says additional challenge games in January will defeat the purpose of removing the pre-season competitions.

The province’s Munster Senior Hurling League and Walsh Cup will not be part of the 2025 GAA calendar following last Saturday week’s decision by Central Council.
