Ryan wants Tipperary footballers out of Semple and into small ground cauldron

The new Tipperary football manager would like to use Semple Stadium as a championship venue.

New Tipperary football manager Philly Ryan wants to move more of the county’s games out of Semple Stadium.

The Premier County have favoured Thurles as their home venue for the past 15 years but Ryan reckons it’s now giving a greater boost to opponents.
