The luck of those amongst the 82,000 or so sold out crowd at Croke Park on Sunday won't just end at securing a ticket, it seems.
According to Met Éireann, those heading towards the GAA's headquarters from Galway and Armagh for the All-Ireland football final will experience a spell of 'settled' and 'fine' weather upon arrival.
In fact, supporters heading to the nation's capital on Saturday evening to soak up the atmosphere a little early will also witness similar conditions.
"It's good news overall," began a spokesperson for the Irish weather forecaster.
"Due to the high pressure drifting in on Saturday, the weather will remain settled across Sunday with warm spells of hazy sunshine.
"Temperatures on the east coast and around Dublin could reach 23 degrees although it is likely to be cloudy at times."
Shorts and t-shirts are likely to be all that's needed for fans with 'little winds' only to be expected as well. Perfect conditions for a game of football.
