GAA president Jarlath Burns has all but conceded Casement Park will not be built in time to host Euro 2028 games.
Burns has also cast doubt over the West Belfast stadium becoming a 31,500 venue and criticised the British government’s commitment to the project, which has been estimated to cost as much as £308 million.
