Dr Crokes remain unbeaten in the County Football League as former Kerry Senior footballer Micheal Burns was in inspired form to see them get the better of Laune Rangers in Lewis Road.

Burns struck ten points, eight coming from frees as Crokes came out 0-16 to 0-11 winners. Crokes started strong building a 0-5 to 0-2 lead by the end of the opening quarter. Burns was in full flight but Laune Rangers started to reduce the gap and trailed 0-9 to 0-6 at the break.
