The GAA may be forced to remove two of the All-Ireland senior football quarter-finals from GAAGO in future years if the Government pushes ahead with making all four last-eight games free-to-air.

Earlier this year, GAA director general Tom Ryan wrote to the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media to air his opposition to the last-eight games being designated free-to-air.
