Dream and hope of beating Dublin is always there for Louth boss Brennan

Brennan was part of the last Dublin team to lose a game in the Leinster championship, to Meath in 2010, and now finds himself attempting to round out an unlikely circle this weekend.

When Ger Brennan called it quits in 2015, he was still just 30 but had already played for Dublin teams for 17 years.

"I have been fortunate to have played for Dublin every year since I was 13 years of age," he noted in his retirement statement.
