Alan Cadogan has held onto the diaries chronicling his once inter-county existence. The six diaries have been rooted out and flicked through over the past fortnight. Wanting to feel connected to a now fading connection.

On Thursday gone, his diaries tell him that it would have been a light session at Páirc Uí Rinn ahead of the county’s second Munster outing. There’s no Páirc Uí Rinn on this particular Thursday.
