The former chairman of the Club Players Association (CPA) says it will be “nigh on impossible” for GAA president Jarlath Burns to convince counties to standardise their county championship structures.

In a discussion published on YouTube on Tuesday, Burns explained that a return to September All-Ireland senior finals is possible if counties agree to play their competitions on the same formats.
