Diarmuid O'Connor remains constant in revolving door of Kerry midfield pairings

Whatever happens, the Munster semi-final clash against Cork will be the 10th different championship pairing Kerry will field in the last 10 seasons and third in Jack O’Connor’s third term in charge.

Be it Joe O’Connor, Barry Dan O’Sullivan or whoever, Diarmuid O’Connor is set to form one half of his third Kerry midfield partnership in championship in Killarney on Saturday.

With his Na Gaeil club-mate Jack Barry travelling in Australia, the 25-year-old will be the most experienced man in the middle even though O’Sullivan was initially tried out in 2016.
