Tyrone topped their group to go straight through to the Eirgrid Ulster U20 football championship semi-finals, overwhelming Monaghan by 5-20 to 0-8 in their final round robin game at Coalisland.

They will have to wait to find out who their opponents will be in the last four, following the cancellation of the Donegal v Armagh tie due to an unplayable pitch at Ballybofey.
