Pat Spillane Junior has ruled himself out of the rest of Sligo's Connacht SFC campaign, even if they overcome Galway in Saturday week's semi-final tie.

Now in his third season with his adopted county, the Templenoe man and son of the Kerry legend of the same name is battling a combination of groin problems.
