Ian Maguire has credited John Cleary with instilling the belief in the Cork players that their fortunes would change in Division 2.

Cork are far from being out of the woods but two points from their remaining two games away to Meath and home to Armagh should secure their status in the group and possibly see them into the Sam Maguire Cup.
