The mood music in certain counties has altered significantly in recent days. The start of a new season always brings hope and optimism. Three rounds of the league are enough to quickly whip that out as several managers are starting to feel the squeeze.

Eight counties are without a win across the four divisions. For the likes of Cork and Kildare that means their Sam Maguire Cup prospects are in jeopardy. Others are desperately searching for solutions. Roscommon boss Davy Burke suggested he knows what their issue is after they lost out to Dublin.
