The 1993 All-Ireland club winning footballers of Skibbereen marked the 30-year anniversary of their most famous afternoon with a dinner dance on the October Bank Holiday weekend.

It was one of the few weekends in recent months when the Skibb ladies weren’t strutting their stuff on a GAA field somewhere in the county or out in the province.
