Kerry selector Mike Quirke agrees the time has come for the GAA to make football less defensive. But speaking on RTÉ's Sunday Sport, Quirke suggested "rule tweaks" are the answer rather than major surgery to the game. 

"The biggest problem with Gaelic football is the fact that you can defend with 15 men inside a very small space inside your 45.
