While Ronan Buckley would probably prefer to be battling with Jack Barry in those infamous in-house Kerry training games, he will be aware that there is a vacancy at number nine on the Kerry senior team for 2024 with Wednesday’s news that the Na Gaeil stalwart was taking a year out to travel.
