Clare recruit Lucasz Kirszenstein as new strength and conditioning coach

The Polish native will be the fifth S&C coach manager Brian Lohan has had during his time in charge.

Clare are understood to have recruited former Galway senior hurling head of athletic development Lucasz Kirszenstein as their new strength and conditioning coach.

The Limerick-based Kirszenstein recently ended his time with Galway after seven years having been part of their 2017 All-Ireland SHC winning set-up in his first season. It was confirmed earlier this week that former Connacht and Ireland player Johnny O’Connor was succeeding him in Henry Shefflin’s group.
