Limerick SFC: Intermediate champions Na Piarsaigh secure knockout place

Elsewhere Adare, who lost last year's final in extra-time, kept their 100% record with an eight-point victory over Ballysteeen.

Intermediate champions Na Piarsaigh secured the final knockout place in the Limerick SFC on Sunday afternoon as a six-point victory over basement boys Ballylanders was enough to see them seal third spot in group two.

Na Piarsaigh were already in a strong position ahead of Ballysteen on the head-to-head rule but Michael Lynch’s men made sure with back-to-back victories.
