Wexford chairman Micheál Martin argues a review of the split season will have to consider the questionable impact it has had on young supporters and occasional fans.

Martin acknowledges it has done a lot for club players, but the school principal indicates the inter-county window should be more in line with the school term and dovetailing the conclusion of rival sports’ competitions.
