Waterford SHC final: No 10-in-a-row talk as Ballygunner stay grounded

The script reads a fait accompli. One-horse race. Done deal. Ballygunner are unbackable in their pursuit of a 10th consecutive Waterford title on Sunday.
Just as well they have ridden this rodeo long enough not to believe the hype in the county and beyond. Being grounded is part of their appeal. Manager Darragh O’Sullivan can only control what he can control but he feels there has been an element of disrespect in what’s been said and written about the teams that have tested Ballygunner.
