CBC Harty Cup hurlers forge new tradition

Six years ago, a decision was taken by Donal O’Mahony, then-principal Larry Jordan, and others, to enter CBC in the Munster Senior B Hurling Championship for the 2014/15 season.

The famed rugby institution had been fielding hurling teams at lower age-grades in the years prior, and with some success, but 2014 was the first time in decades that they put forward a senior team in Munster.
