Watch the Fitzgibbon Cup semi-finals live: Champions UCC face hosts DCU; Mary I play IT Carlow

The Electric Ireland Fitzgibbon Cup reaches the semi-final stage this afternoon, with two recent winners facing two institutions chasing a first-ever success.

In a rematch of last year's epic semi-final, defending champions UCC play hosts DCU in the second game of a double-header at 4pm. The Dublin university, losing finalists to UL in 2018, knocked out WIT in their quarter-final, while UCC eased past UCD.

In the earlier game (2pm throw-in), two-time champions Mary I face IT Carlow in a repeat of the 2017 final. Carlow put five goals past NUIG in their quarter-final, while Mary I saw off Limerick rivals UL.
