Cork football legend Billy Morgan accepts it might be time for an outside manager

Morgan would accept an outside manager if it got the footballers competitive again at the business end of the All-Ireland series.

Former Cork manager Billy Morgan would accept an outside manager taking charge of the county if it got the footballers competitive again at the business end of the All-Ireland series.

Though he maintains former U21 coach John Cleary should be coaching Cork’s senior side.
