Munster secretary Simon Moroney has expressed worry about the potential impact GAA director general Páraic Duffy’s football championship proposals may have on hurling, writes John Fogarty of the Irish Examiner.

Writing in his annual report, Moroney is in agreement with Duffy that club players merit “a fairer and more balanced deal”.
